Vous obtenez la liqueur de Fehling (elle se conserve quelques temps)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>R\u00e9actif de Biuret (devient violet en pr\u00e9sence de peptide)<\/strong><\/span>:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Dissoudre 3g de CuSO4,5H20 avec 9g de Potassium Sodium Tartrate dans 500mL d&#8217;ED<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 8g de NaOH et 5g de KI. Compl\u00e9ter \u00e0 1L d&#8217;ED<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>DNPH<\/strong><\/span>: <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>(formation pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 rouge rang\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;ald\u00e9hyde et c\u00e9tone)<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Dans un bain d&#8217;eau glac\u00e9e, dissoudre 15g de DNPH dans 75mL d&#8217;H2SO4 \u00e0 98%<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 100mL d&#8217;ED<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 350mL d&#8217;\u00e9thanol.<\/li>\n<li>Attendre que le m\u00e9lange ait refroidi avant de tester votre DNPH<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">OU (recette diff\u00e9rente mais qui donne un pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 jaune)<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Dans un bain d&#8217;eau glac\u00e9e, dissoudre 4g de DNPH dans 20mL d&#8217;H2SO4 \u00e0 98%<\/li>\n<li>ajouter 30mL d&#8217;ED en goutte \u00e0 goutte<\/li>\n<li>ajouter 100mL d&#8217;\u00e9thanol<\/li>\n<li>Attendre que le m\u00e9lange ait refroidi avant de tester votre filtrer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Rouge de bouch\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Rouge de et filtrer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Luminol:<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>solution A: dissoudre 1g luminol avec 10g de NaOH dans une fiole jaug\u00e9e de 500mL \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter \u00e0 l&#8217;ED<\/li>\n<li>Solution B: dissoudre 15g de ferricyanure de K avec 0,5mL d&#8217;H2O2 \u00e0 30% dans une fiole jaug\u00e9e 500mL compl\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;ED<\/li>\n<li>dans l&#8217;obscurit\u00e9 m\u00e9langer les solutions A et B dans les m\u00eames proportions<\/li>\n<li>Si de la lumi\u00e8re appara\u00eet rajouter
